Description[edit]

A middleweight ProtoMech, the Triton was designed by Clan Goliath Scorpion for their Seekers.[3]

Weapons and Equipment[edit]

The main weapon, a Streak SRM-4, is very conservative with its ammunition, while the ER Micro Laser provides a weapon that isn't tied to logistical bases. This is very useful for a Goliath Scorpion Seeker, as they may be far away from Goliath Scorpion resources for a long time. It also has four Jump Jets for improved mobility.

In an offensive capacity, the ammunition efficiency of the Triton makes it a good choice for extended raiding or reconnaissance missions.[3]

Variants[edit]

  • Triton 2
This is a fire-support variant equipped with an LRM-3 launcher a pair of ER Micro Lasers and an ER Small Laser. BV(2.0)=274[4]
  • Triton 3
This variant replaces the Streak and ER Micro Laser of the standard model for a single Heavy Medium Laser. BV(2.0)=276[5]
  • Triton 4
This version carries a single ER Micro Laser in the torso and a Heavy Small Laser on each arm. BV(2.0)=205[6]
