Sho-sho Messernacht commanded the Trondheim Prefecture, located in the Draconis Combine's Rasalhague Military District, in 3025. Simultaneously, Messernacht was commanding officer of the Twentieth Rasalhague Regulars and was stationed on Trondheim.[1]
