Canonicity
This BattleMech was featured in an official BattleTech product, namely the MechAssault series of computer games.
By virtue of being an official albeit not positively canonical product, the game expansion and the 'Mechs presented therein including this one must be considered apocryphal.
Overview
The Corvus is a variant of the Raven.
Description
The Corvus is a nimble and small frame carrying weaponry even weaker than the Owens. It carries a Target Jammer.[1]
Variants
MechAssault 2
The Mech swaps the pulse lasers for Alternating Pulse Lasers and the Target Jammerg for a Reactive Armor Shielding (see notes).[2]
Notes
- In an unusual move that goes against the usual BattleTech universe standards 'Mech speeds are expressed in mph rather than km/h, as such the speed figure has been converted to km/h for this article.
- The description of the Reactive Armor Shielding looks very similar to the Ballistic-Reinforced Armor.
