Vernon Fredricks was the commanding officer of the Fourth Deneb Light Cavalry as of 3025.[1]

History

Marshal Fredricks, serving with the Fourth Deneb Light Cavalry, was stationed on Harrow's Sun in 3025.[1]

During Operation Rat, Fredricks and the Fourth DLC were part of the task force assigned with taking the Capellan world of Aldebaran from the forces of Warrior House Ijori. Facing off against the Warrior House's Second Battalion on the planet's southern continent, Fredricks' men were lead into numerous ambushes by the smaller unit before being able to declare the continent as secured in September 3028. Following the collapse of organized resistance on-world, Fredricks and the Fourth DLC left to participate in the fighting on Zurich.[3]

On Zurich, Fredricks and the Fourth DLC faced off against the First Battalion of Trimaldi's Secutors, which just so happened to be lead by Fredricks own disinherited daughter Major Vanessa Fredricks. The Fourth DLC's victory was guaranteed due to their sheer size advantage but Major Fredricks and a company of her troops managed to escape off-world.[2]
