Major General Chance Strickling was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 210th Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

The 210th Jump Infantry Division had a run in with a detachment from the Regulan Hussars in 2761, when a misunderstanding resulted in the two forces almost coming into conflict. This incident caused Major General Strickling to believe it was only a matter of time until another misunderstanding would result in a firefight.[1]
