Colonel Westcott Robinson was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 35th Dragoon Regiment as of 2764.[1]

Robinson was the source of the 35th Dragoon Regiment nickname, Robinson’s Mountebanks, which arose after a defense of a world from bandits shortly before 2765. Playing a shell game with his Regiment's DropShips, he managed to confuse attacking bandits about the positions of his forces, allowing the 35th to ambush the bandits as they approached the civilian fusion power plant production line their raid was targeting.[1]
